You hereby grant us permission to take and use yours and your child/children’s images, videos, profiles & names for promotional purposes and internal presentation (i.e. flyers, newsletter, slideshows). You understand that these may be used on the internet, our website & social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram… etc.
